Foxwood Academy is seeking to appoint as soon as possible, a talented, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to the role of Foxwood Teaching Assistant.
Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm, and Friday 8.30am to 4pm.
Foxwood Academy is an all-age area special school for over 112 pupils aged 4-18, offering support for a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). At Foxwood, we have a highly skilled team of around 60 dedicated staff members, wholly committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our students. We provide a safe, nurturing environment where every student, each with an Educational Health Care Plan (EHCP), is empowered to achieve their fullest potential. Around 75% of our students have an Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC or ASD), and others have sensory and/or physical needs.

We have recently merged our Trust with White Hill Park Trust and are in the process of planning and designing a new purpose-built secondary special school on the same campus as our current building.
