As a Foxtons Property Manager based in North-West London, you’ll play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer experience that sets Foxtons apart. Acting as the dedicated point of contact for both landlords and tenants, you’ll build trusted relationships, provide expert support, and ensure every tenancy is managed with care, efficiency and professionalism.
This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same. From resolving maintenance issues quickly and reassuring tenants, to advising landlords and coordinating solutions, you will be at the heart of creating a smooth, positive experience for our customers at every stage of the tenancy journey. Working closely with our local offices, you’ll manage a portfolio of residential properties across the Watford area and beyond, ensuring every customer receives proactive communication, responsive service, and the high standards they expect from Foxtons.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, thrives on problem solving and takes pride in delivering a first-class customer care experience.
