What you’ll be doing:
- Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy journey
- Supporting with day-to-day administration and coordination of property matters
- Learning how to handle queries, resolve issues, and keep customers informed
- Assisting with maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
- Working closely with our local offices and specialist teams
- Building your knowledge of property processes, systems, and legislation

About You
You will need:
- A passion for customer service and helping people
