What You'll Be DoingAs a Business Development Consultant within our Auctions team, you'll play a key role in generating new opportunities and building relationships with both vendors and investors.
You will:
Speak with prospective clients through inbound and outbound calls.
Generate new business opportunities across the UK property market.
Source auction stock across London and the UK using our CRM data and lead-generation tools.
Build relationships to secure auction instructions.
Arrange meetings and opportunities for the Auctions team to win larger contracts.
Develop relationships with receiverships, cash buyers, repossession firms, councils, banks and other key stakeholders.
Build and maintain a pipeline of vendors, investors and strategic partners.
Negotiate confidently and convert opportunities into business.
