Our iconic fleet of branded Minis is one of the most recognisable parts of our identity, and we’re looking for a proactive, organised Fleet Coordinator to keep our vehicles running smoothly, safely, and in style. The Foxtons Fleet department is responsible for purchasing, servicing, valeting, and maintaining our entire fleet of approximately 900 vehicles. Foxtons has an impressive fleet including a range of vehicles, from our distinctively branded Minis to a variety of hybrid and electric vehicles.
Main Duties:- Ensuring regulatory compliance by ensuring our Fleet stays road legal and safe, conducting regular vehicle inspections.
- Manage the rotation of available vehicles to ensure good utilisation within the department.
- Oversee car deliveries and ensuring all data is inputted and uploaded correctly to our unique Foxtons built Fleet system.
- Oversee cars returning to lease company ensuring the vehicles are road legal.
- Liaise with bodyshops and dealerships to ensure quick turnaround times.
- Plan and deliver a once-a-month car ceremony with the CEO for employees who are upgrading their vehicles due to hitting their relevant targets.
- Plan and execute fortnightly car collections for employees joining the company who require a company car, ensuring that cars are cleaned to a good standard and are road legal.
- Managing fleet maintenance schedules covering servicing and MOTs.
- Work with the Fleet insurance claims handler to ensure all claims are reported to our insurance company within a reasonable timeframe.
- Work with the Fleet Operations Director to continually improve ways to improve driver behaviour.
Location: This role will be based at our Staines site (TW18 3NG)
About You: The ideal candidate will have:
- A full, clean, manual driving licence and no less than one year’s driving experience.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively at all levels within the company.
- Strong organisation skills and comfortable working to deadlines.
- A master of time management; you will be experienced in delivering multiple tasks.
