About The Role We\’re looking for an experienced Mortgage Adviser to provide mortgage advice and various other services related to the home buying process to Alexander Hall’s customers. TASKS & DUTIES: • Achieve personal sales results
• Adhere to principles of Treating Customers Fairly
• Refer every client to the Protection Team for advice
• Comply with company T&C, Compliance and submission standards
• Maintain daily structure
• Build relationship with Foxtons within office (where appropriate) MEASUREMENTS: • Mortgage case volumes
• KPIs – file audit grades, test results, case vetting
• RBM grade
• Protection referral levels
• Client feedback
• Competent Adviser Status achieved
• Qualification for quarterly TCF bonus LOCATION: This role will involve working from our Central London office in Holborn 4 days a week, with one day working from home. About You SKILLS REQUIRED: Minimum of 1 year experience with full CeMap qualifications. • Accuracy and attention to detail
