Overview
Foxtons Worcester, England, United Kingdom. We\’re looking for an Accounts Administrator to sit within our Lettings Accounts team in our Property Management division. The role is heavily administration-focused with responsibility for penalty charge notices. Note: Foxtons provides company vehicles; penalty charge notices received via Fleet Department will be paid by Foxtons as the registered keeper and recharged to the employee.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all penalty charge notices are paid promptly
- Notifying staff within 24 hours of receipt of penalty charge notice
- Responding to staff queries with empathy and understanding
- Entering details of penalty charge notices and payments into our finance system
- Tracking volumes and types of notices and reporting monthly to the Lettings Accounts & Projects Director
Working hours and location
The hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm. Based in our Worcester office (WR4) with excellent transport links and free onsite parking. This role includes up to two days per week working from home after induction.
