About The Role

The Foxtons Tenancy Manager team offers professional advice and assistance to thousands of tenants and landlords who requested our premium service, ensuring each tenancy runs smoothly from start to finish. Each of our dedicated Tenancy Managers provides a single point of contact for both landlords and tenants and offers advice on all aspects of the tenancy life cycle, including financial, rental and legal matters, and arranging necessary maintenance projects. Up to one day per week may be worked from home after the initial induction period.

Location

This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city, with excellent transport links from many locations. Free onsite parking is provided.

About You

We are looking for someone with prior Property Management experience or exposure to the industry, along with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, an ability to problem‑solve, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You should possess good knowledge of the property industry and manage a portfolio of more than 100 properties.
