Foxtons is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Resolutions Adviser to join our dynamic Worcester office. As a Foxtons Customer Resolutions Adviser based in Worcester, you’ll be the dedicated point of contact for both landlords and tenants, managing a portfolio of residential properties with professionalism and confidence.

You’ll work closely with our local offices and specialist teams to support landlords across the Worcester area and beyond. From coordinating maintenance and resolving issues to advising on legal and financial matters, your expertise will be key to protecting landlord investments and supporting tenants throughout their tenancy.
