What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy journey
  • Supporting with day-to-day administration and coordination of property matters
  • Learning how to handle queries, resolve issues, and keep customers informed
  • Assisting with maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
  • Working closely with our local offices and specialist teams
  • Building your knowledge of property processes, systems, and legislation

About You

You will need:

No previous property management experience is required. Full training and ongoing support will be provided from day one.
