About The Role

Foxtons is looking for a Senior SalesNegotiator to join our sister company - Michael Hardy!
What you'll be doing:
- Owning the viewing process end-to-end - booking, conducting, and delivering same-day client feedback that builds trust and wins business
- Booking valuations and gathering the kind of background insight that helps us stand out from our competition
- Carrying out market appraisals
- Nurturing strong investor relationships and unlocking new opportunities
- Managing your diary like a pro, ensuring no opportunity is ever missed
- Handling email inboxes with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first approach
- Delivering polished, confident property viewings that reflect our brand standards
- Preparing new let documentation with precision and efficiency
Hours of work
- 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Thursday
- 8:30am to 5:30pm Friday
- 9am to 1pm every fourth Saturday on a rota basis
About You

- Experience in the property industry
- A background in sales or business generation
- Self-motivation, resilience, and a hunger to achieve
- A customer-first mindset and natural people skills
- Excellent communication - written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- IT confidence
- A full, clean driving licence and access to own vehicle.
