We’re searching for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join our Wokingham office - working alongside eight seasoned professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and driving growth for Foxtons' sister company - Michael Hardy!
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the viewing process end‑to‑end - booking, conducting, and delivering same‑day landlord feedback that builds trust and wins business
- Booking valuations and gathering the kind of background insight that helps us stand out from our competition
- Carrying out market appraisals (or building up to this as you grow with us)
- Working closely with our Sales team to nurture strong investor relationships and unlock new opportunities
- Managing your diary like a pro, ensuring no opportunity is ever missed
- Handling email inboxes with speed, accuracy, and a customer‑first approach
- Delivering polished, confident property viewings that reflect our brand standards
- Preparing new let documentation with precision and efficiency
Hours of work: 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm every fifth Saturday on a rota basis.
About You

- Propertymark Level 3 qualification desirable - but not essential. We’ll support you to gain it.
