About The Role
At Foxtons, our top performers don’t just meet expectations - they smash them. From your second year, you could be earning a six‑figure salary. We’ll train you to become a property expert, mastering the art of selling and letting in one of the world’s most dynamic markets.
Foxtons offer uncapped, industry‑leading commission for every property you let or sell. You'll get an iconic Foxtons MINI Cooper for exclusive use (fully taxed and insured). Achieve car targets and you may be driving a higher‑end model, such as BMW or Audi. You will receive over 100 hours of training within the first six months. Foxtons is the fastest growing London agent for lettings and sales. We give you access to our extensive London portfolio so you can sell any property and exceed targets.
Our in‑house technology platform provides industry‑leading tools, from our Foxtons iPhone to your laptop, giving you a competitive edge in every deal. Career progression is fast‑tracked based on performance, knowledge and attitude, not solely on length of service.
About You
Success at Foxtons requires a special mindset and an insatiable hunger to succeed. You’ll build relationships and help clients navigate the nuances of owning and renting properties. Strong communication skills are a requirement. Hours can be long, but you’ll be rewarded with uncapped commission and opportunities for generous car upgrades and fully funded five‑star trips.
We provide unrivaled training, so experience in property is not necessary. Demonstrate real determination to succeed, and we commit to helping you achieve greatness in the industry.
Please note, for this role you must have a full manual or automatic driving licence.About The Company
