About The Role

From their second year, our top performers earn six figures annually. Think you have what it takes? Become a Foxtons Property Negotiator, and we’ll teach you how to let London property with the best.

Your day will be spent talking to people and offering your expert advice on how to coordinate their move and find them the very best property to suit their requirements. You will build relationships with operators and potential residents to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements before showing some of the newest community buildings in London.

It is important to us that our negotiators provide the highest levels of service to make this sometimes stressful and intimidating process a smooth one. Foxtons have uncapped, industry leading commission to give you the best earning potential on every property you let or sell, and a quick route to earning over £100,000 per year.

You will have over 100 hours of training within your first 6 months. There has never been a better time to join – we are the fastest growing London agent for lettings and sales.

About You

It takes a special kind of mindset and an insatiable hunger to succeed as a Foxtons Negotiator. You’ll pick up key life skills as you focus on building relationships and helping our clients navigate the nuances of owning and renting properties. Strong communication skills are a requirement.

To provide the best service to our customers, the hours can be long. But hard work is well rewarded – uncapped commission, and you can land yourself a spot on fully funded five-star trips that are famed throughout the industry.
