About The Role
Foxtons is looking for a Trainee Logistics Assistant to join the Logistics & Printroom team based in Staines. You will report directly to the Logistics & Printroom Manager. As a part of the team, your day-to-day role will include:
- Managing the print for Foxtons printed stationery items including business cards, door drops, statements, etc.
- Weekly stock check of items held centrally at the Warehouse
- Liaising with the Procurement team to place weekly orders with relevant suppliers
- Collating items for each Front Office for distribution by the Logistics team including printed items, copier paper, coffee, etc.
- Receiving, checking and storing all deliveries to the Warehouse e.g. copier paper, stationery, marketing items, etc
- Warehouse duties will include keeping the area clean, tidy & safe
- Delivery of items to from the Warehouse to head office at Chiswick Park
On occasion, you may also be asked to
- Cover logistics routes during holidays
- Help to move office furniture, upload deliveries and other ad hoc tasks as required
You will be working closely with key stakeholders & departments across the business meaning that excellent communication skills are vital, plus the desire to support and help wherever possible.

About You
Although having experience in a printroom or warehouse role would be advantageous, it is not essential. We are looking for individuals who have the following qualities:
- Ability to think independently
- A \’can-do\’ attitude is vital
- A team player, but also the ability to work alone
- Full, clean, manual driving licence
- Punctuality is of the upmost importance
- Strong organisational and communication skills
