About The Role
Are you looking to build a rewarding career in financial services? As a Trainee Insurance adviser, you will play a key role in helping clients understand the importance of protectingthemselves and their families financially.Working closely with our experienced Protection Advisers, you will be the first point of contactfor existing mortgage clients, introducing protection solutions and arranging appointments forpersonalised advice. This role offers a structured development programme designed to support your progression into a fully qualified Protection Adviser.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing mortgage clients to discuss the importance of financial protection,including Life Insurance, Critical Illness Cover and Income Protection.
- Build strong client relationships and clearly communicate the benefits of reviewingprotection arrangements.
- Qualify client needs and arrange appointments with Protection Advisers for detailedconsultations.
- Accurately maintain client records and update internal CRM systems.
- Work closely with advisers to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth handoverprocess.
- Develop a strong understanding of protection products, suitability and client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching and development activities to supportprogression towards a qualified advisory role.
- Consistently work towards individual and team performance objectives.

Previous sales experience is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage clientsprofessionally.

- Ability to build rapport quickly and manage client conversations effectively.
