What you’ll be doing:

  • Providing excellent customer service to tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy journey
  • Supporting with day‑to‑day administration and coordination of property matters
  • Learning how to handle queries, resolve issues, and keep customers informed
  • Assisting with maintenance requests and liaising with contractors
  • Working closely with our local offices and specialist teams
  • Building your knowledge of property processes, systems, and legislation
