We are seeking a highly driven Sales Valuer to join our ambitious, high banking and fast growing Auctions team. This is a standout opportunity to work directly alongside the top banker in the department, gaining exposure to a significantly broader market and a much faster pace in deal completion than in a traditional branch setup. If you are already established within the property sector and are looking for greater influence, accelerated career progression and enhanced earning potential - all without weekend commitments - this role offers exactly that.

You will:
- Handle enquiries via telephone and email
- Build relationships with investors and qualify their requirements
- Establish a pipeline of investors that are keen to sell their property at auction.
We are looking for someone who has previous property sales experience (valuations, pipeline management, sales progression) with excellent presentation and communication skills and the desire to learn and grow within our culture of continuous training and development.
