As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for greeting clients, fostering relationships, ensuring the smooth operation of our local office, and providing vital Sales & Lettings support and administration. Your responsibilities include maintaining an organized and well-stocked workspace, reporting maintenance issues, managing the key system, and updating marketing displays regularly. This role offers insight into our Sales & Lettings teams. You will assist in preparing move-in and completion packs, registering applicants, booking valuations, and sourcing compliance documents from vendors, landlords, and tenants to facilitate deal closures.
