About The Role
As an Office Co-ordinator, you will be the face of Foxtons for our Hackney café style office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in administration and property to kick start his or her career with London’s leading Estate Agency.
Within this diverse role, you will have the opportunity to deal with a number of different people, ranging from vendors, landlords, buyers and tenants. Due to the reputation of Foxtons, you will also be dealing with a number of walk in enquiries from customers wanting to buy or rent properties. No two days are the same, making this an amazing place for someone with excellent organization skills to become a crucial part of the team. You will be working closely with front office managers, ensuring the office runs smoothly in every aspect.
Key Duties:
-Meeting and greeting everyone coming in to the office and providing high levels of customer service
-General administration and clerical duties including filing and diary management
-Managing the key list and ensuring all keys are recorded correctly and accounted for
-Liaising between photographers and the client and booking photography appointments
-Managing stationary and stock orders
-Ensuring the general upkeep of the office

No previous administration or reception experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. All we ask is that you come with the willingness to learn and the desire to do the job well.
