New Homes Sales is a specialism within the residential property sector and slightly different from a normal estate agency role. For instance, the developer rather than a homeowner will be your client and the properties you will be selling are usually off-plan. They are also “open” agents, meaning you can work across different regions and multiple developments rather than being restricted to just one.
