Foxtons have uncapped, industry leading commission to give you the best earning potential on every property you let or sell, and a quick route to earning over £100,000 per year. New Homes Sales is a specialism within the residential property sector and slightly different from a normal estate agency role. For instance, the developer rather than a homeowner will be your client and the properties you will be selling are usually off‑plan. The Foxtons New Homes department is the largest sales team of any agent in London. They’re also ‘open’ agents, meaning you can work across different regions and multiple developments rather than being restricted to just one.

To provide the best service to our customers, the hours can be long. But hard work is well rewarded – uncapped commission, a more impressive car with every target you reach (from an Audi to a BMW), and you can land yourself a spot on fully funded five‑star trips that are famed throughout the industry.
