Do you enjoy building relationships and possess excellent communication and organisational skills? Are you interested in getting training from London’s leading estate agency whilst working with one of our best developers? If so, read on, we may have the opportunity for you!
We are currently looking for temporary staff to join our Build to Rent team over our busiest period. You will work independently showing applicants properties at the site of one of our biggest and highly sought after developers. Should any viewings turn into a let for Foxtons, you will be rewarded on top of the hourly rate. Each day you should expect to be out on viewings for the majority of the day with one hour dedicated to being in one of our front offices giving feedback from applicants to the Foxtons team.
Working pattern: Tuesday – Saturday
Key responsibilities:
- Accompanying applicants around properties in line with company guidelines
- Promoting the benefits of properties and the surrounding location
- Feeding back to the Foxtons team on comments/questions/feedback
- Collecting and returning keys to the developments you will be based in

About You
Whilst you will be required to talk about the benefits of each property, overall this is a customer service role and applicants should possess excellent communication skills. You must be well presented (the dress code at Foxtons is formal business wear) and be prepared/able to commute to London. You will not need a driving licence as the properties you’ll be conducting viewings on will be within walking distance.
