We are looking for an organised and proactive individual to join our successful Auctions team. In this fast-paced and evolving role, you will play a key part in supporting our top-performing brokers and listers, ensuring smooth processes and exceptional client service.
From managing compliance to assisting with marketing and stock sourcing, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and grow within a dynamic department. You will handle a variety of responsibilities, including:
- Chasing and uploading AML documents for buyers and sellers
- Coordinating auction instructions
- Managing property uploads to the BidX1 platform
- Assisting with applicant analysis
- Supporting the listings process by finding buyers, managing instructions, and ensuring quality marketing materials
Over time, you will take on more responsibility in sourcing stock and helping close deals, making this a role with real progression potential.
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. You will be comfortable using Excel and Power BI, working with data, and eager to learn.
