About The Role
Are you ready to kickāstart your career in property management with London's leading estate agency? Are you a natural communicator with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service? Foxtons is looking for a proactive and organised Property Manager Assistant to join our dynamic Tower Bridge office.
As a Property Manager Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Property Managers to deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants. You'll help ensure properties are wellāmaintained, issues are resolved efficiently, and communication is seamless. Our unrivalled training will empower you to deliver expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising maintenance projects.

About You
Our Property Managers have unparalleled expertise and the drive to make it happen ā it's what sets Foxtons customer service apart. You will need strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, the ability to problem solve, and strong communication across a wide range of people and platforms. No previous property management experience is required, as full training and ongoing development will be provided. Prior experience in a professional customer service environment is desirable but also not essential.
