At Foxtons, our Build to Rent team work with some of the newest developments and biggest clients, developing long-term commercial relationships. As a Lettings Negotiator in this team, you will develop a deep understanding of our respective client’s buildings, changing the face of lettings as we move into the future and grow our “build to rent” portfolio.
Your day will be spent talking to people and offering your expert advice on how to coordinate their move and find them the very best property to suit their requirements. You will build relationships with operators and potential residents to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements before showing some of the newest community buildings in London.
It is important to us that our negotiators provide the highest levels of service to make this sometimes stressful and intimidating process a smooth one.

About You
It takes a special kind of mindset and an insatiable hunger to succeed as a Foxtons Negotiator. You’ll pick up key life skills as you focus on building relationships and helping our clients navigate the nuances of owning and renting properties. Strong communication skills are a requirement.
To provide the best service to our customers, the hours can be long. But hard work is well rewarded – uncapped commission, and you can land yourself a spot on fully funded five-star trips that are famed throughout the industry.
