This is a really exciting, entry level, customer service job in Worcester. Working for London's leading estate agency, you will be based in our Worcester Property Management hub. This job requires no previous experience, just the desire to learn and provide an excellent level of customer service.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide a single point of contact for landlords and tenants. You’ll work in a department that provides professional advice and assistance to thousands of clients who have requested our premium service, and you’ll help every tenancy under your care to progress seamlessly. Our unrivalled training will empower you to deliver expert advice on all aspects of the tenancy, including financial, rental and legal matters as well as organising maintenance projects. Your work, as a source of knowledge for our key clients and local offices, is why Foxtons are known as the agency that gets it done.
This role is based in our Worcester office (WR4) towards the outskirts of the city with excellent transport links from numerous locations. Free onsite parking is provided. The hours for this role are 9:00‑17:30.
