Fox’s Marina & Boatyard in Ipswich is seeking an experienced Managing Director to lead the business through its next stage of development and growth. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for day-to-day performance and long-term direction of the marina and boatyard.
Leading a team of around 45 people, you’ll own commercial and P&L performance, operations and people development, working with departmental leaders and joining the senior leadership team responsible for Fox’s group.
