We believe in the power of being authentic, entrepreneurial and supporting each other whilst meeting our business goalsAbout the RoleAs a Logistics Support Administrator based at our DHL Hub in Liverpool, your primary purpose is to provide comprehensive administrative support within the logistics department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and clear, effective communication across all areas of the businessThis role plays a vital part in maintaining the efficiency of the logistics function by working collaboratively with key stakeholders, including third-party logistics providers (3PLs), bakeries, hauliers, and internal departments. Your contribution will help drive operational excellence and support the smooth coordination of supply chain activities
Please note, this role is on a 12 month fixed term contractMain Responsibilities

• Resolution of inbound delivery issues.
• Resolution of outbound delivery issues.
• Inter-site movements and creation of STO’s.
• Processing of inbound/outbound deliveries from our non-integrated warehouses.
• Daily reporting – stock holding, storage, etc.
• Support the wider team in achieving the strategic goals.
• FTA – Tracking of delivery failures.

Who we are looking for

• SAP experience is highly beneficial.
• Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI experience is desirable.
• Experience in a similar administrative role.
• Data entry experience.
• Working knowledge of a warehouse environment.
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to interact with colleagues at all levels.
