You will roll out a robust SHE culture alongside the site Leadership Team, driving continual improvement in safety performance, audits, data reporting and regulatory compliance.
The role requires NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent) and evidence of environmental qualifications, with the ability to coach leadership and embed safety across eight bakeries across the UK.
