FBC UK was formed by two of the top UK biscuit manufacturers (Burton's Biscuits and Fox's Biscuits) coming together to create one unique, integrated company. Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the early-stage development of concepts through to the handover to the Industrialisation team.
- Development and delivery of recipes, paperwork and samples to exceptional and consistent standards.
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed in a timely, accurate manner.
- Ensure the smooth running of the Test Bakery facility with regards to raw materials and equipment.
- Maintain product workbooks to track and trace developments for all samples.
- Work with the Test Bakery team to drive development of existing and new raw materials and support the Industrialisation team in their implementation.
- Own and drive Department related projects to the required standard and outcome.

- Willingness to work outside of core hours and away from Batley site as and when required.
