FBC UK operates eight bakeries across the UK and is seeking an Engineering Shift Lead for our Blackpool bakery. You will lead the Shift Engineering Team, ensure preventative maintenance, and drive quick resolution of breakdowns while taking the lead on complex tasks.
You will support production by providing technical information, coordinating with Operations, and ensuring handovers are clear. The role includes 12-hour day/night shifts, with a rotating schedule.
