FBC UK invites applications for a Dorset bakery Site Technical Manager. Reporting to the Head of Industrial Quality, you will own food safety, hygiene and quality standards across the site, representing FS&Q during audits and regulatory inspections.
As a member of the Plant Leadership Team, you will lead the FSQ team, drive continuous improvement, support equipment commissioning and new product launches, and partner with Operations to embed a strong safety culture.
