FBC UK is hiring a Site Technical Manager at our Dorset bakery. Reporting into the Head of Industrial Quality, you will own Food Safety & Quality across the site, with full accountability for hygiene, quality assurance, and product integrity.
You will lead audits, drive CAPA and continuous improvement, support new product launches, and develop the FS&Q team as part of the Plant Leadership Team. This on-site role offers a collaborative culture across eight bakeries and bold growth opportunities.
