You will drive a culture of safety, reliability, and continuous improvement while partnering with the Engineering Leadership Team to achieve manufacturing targets.
You will manage a skilled reliability team, implement RC M, FMEA, RCA, and predictive maintenance strategies, and work closely with maintenance and production to maximise asset performance.
