FBC UK was formed by merging the top UK biscuit manufacturers, Burton's Biscuits and Fox's Biscuits, creating a unique, integrated company. Our biscuits are produced in eight bakeries across the UK and our HQ in St Pauls, and we employ around 4,000 colleagues nationwide. About The Role

As a graduate at Fox’s Burton’s Company (FBC UK), you’ll gain hands‑on experience across various departments, mentorship from industry leaders, and the chance to work on exciting projects within Marketing. You’ll work with our Learning Team and Line Managers, and as part of an ambitious graduate cohort, you’ll acquire valuable knowledge and skills in a company with a rich heritage for crafting beloved biscuits. Join us on the Marketing Graduate Scheme: start with a company induction as part of the 2026 cohort, then begin a 12‑month programme. You’ll gain exposure across Marketing, support teams to enhance competitiveness and communications, and leverage consumer media consumption and content preferences to build media presence.

Main Responsibilities

  • Media Plan and KPIs Tracking: Support the work of the annual media plan definition and align it with the eco‑system timeline. Support the plan budget definition. Support the media plan brief preparation, monitoring and control of the output. Support the monitoring of the ACT v BDG spending. Support the review of KPIs.
  • Communication Activation: Support the development of the media playbook and activation for projects. Support the development of opportunities to capture relevant consumers online and review and audit. Support the recommendation and development of advertising strategies and their implementation.
  • Web Listening: Lead end‑to‑end web listening to understand consumer trends, consumption, and preferences. Support the development of relevant content insights through risk & opportunity interception. Manage the analysis of key trends by monitoring consumers. Provide regular ad‑hoc reports. Analyze short‑ and long‑term needs of the company’s social media strategies.
  • Social Media: Support the development of Social Media strategy. Support the creation of content for brands’ social media sites. Support the development and monitoring of competitors’ campaigns. Support the definition and review of KPIs. Stay up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
  • NPD Projects And Pack Changes: Lead small or tactical Product / Pack change initiatives. Support larger‑scale NPD projects. Learn and utilize the FBC UK Stage & Gate process to understand project planning, management, milestones, financial modelling, design, a/w and repro (end‑to‑end). Present at Stage & Gate meetings and business forums.
