About The Role
To carry out administrative tasks for the factory finance team across the Scottish Sites.
- Daily production data input into Company MIS
- Weekly Summary / KPI Report
- Maintaining Petty Cash, Banking
- Maintaining shop records and postings
- Creating and processing Purchase Orders
- Posting Journals on SAP HANA S4
- Bill of Material creation/Adjustments
- Any other task as required
Who We Are Looking For
- AAT Level 2 or equivalent or qualified by experience
- Experience of SAP HANA S4 is an advantage but not a requirement
- Experience in a Finance environment essential
- Excellent Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot tables etc.)
- Ability to input data quickly and accurately
- Reliable and trustworthy as will be dealing with cash
- Good interpersonal skills
- Team player
- Attention To Detail
