  • Ensure direct reports actively participate in SIC meetings, take ownership of actions, and deliver prioritised improvements to minimise line downtime.
  • Confirm that Team Leaders attend all agreed meetings and engage effectively in site communication and governance forums.
  • Support, motivate, coach, and develop the engineering team, recognising and rewarding performance while driving robust succession planning.
  • Manage and support up to four apprentices throughout their development journey, liaising with colleges and ensuring effective mentoring, wellbeing, and progression into the maintenance team.
  • Ensure the site engineering plan is fully implemented and effectively executed to support operational reliability and performance.
