About The Role
Reports to Senior Brand Manager. The role is aimed at mainly supporting the team in operative tasks (e.g. report preparation), involved in ad-hoc projects and leading key activities (e.g. communication and media and product launches). Core activities for the Assistant Brand Manager are: business follow up and promotions execution (if relevant), with a relevant involvement also in portfolio execution activities.
Main Responsibilities
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing professional to support strategic planning and execution across multiple areas of the marketing function. You will assist senior colleagues in providing key data to inform budget planning, including volume and sales forecasts, and contribute to managing costs related to advertising, promotion, research, and market analysis. Your role will involve consumer and shopper insight activities such as competitive analysis and store checks.
In portfolio execution, you will perform market analysis to help define brand positioning and support tactical launches and relaunches. You’ll be involved in briefing design and repro agencies, managing artwork approvals, and ensuring compliance with internal gate processes. Additionally, you will play a key role in budget management, including raising purchase orders and tracking spend.
You will lead and support the implementation of advertising strategies, assess communication impact, and assist with conventional and digital media planning. In promotions, you’ll contribute to material development and execution, collaborate with Trade Marketing on POS activities, and liaise with Legal to support contract setup. You’ll also help evaluate promotional efficiency and competitor activity through data analysis and presentations.
Your responsibilities will include monitoring sales and consumer KPIs, updating sales plans in response to business dynamics, and supporting research projects such as packaging and flavour performance tests. You’ll analyze data and results to propose actionable insights and next steps.
