They are looking for a driven Senior Python/Django Developer in the UK to join their fully remote team and play a key role in the next phase of product growth.
This is a hands-on role in a small but ambitious company solving real-world problems in legal and financial workflows. The platform is already delivering meaningful value to clients, and there is plenty of room for innovation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Writing backend Python code to build and enhance core product features
- Working across the full development lifecycle; planning, building, testing, and shipping software
- Contributing to the platform's performance, reliability, and scalability
- Collaborating with a distributed team and supporting best practices at all times
- Handling sensitive data with care and contributing to QA efforts
- Sharing knowledge with peers and contributing to a strong team culture
What They’re Looking For
- Comfortable working with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Background in computer science or a proven record of delivering quality software
- Curious, proactive, and motivated to write great code and improve as a developer

Location & Setup
The engineering team is fully remote, with the existing developers based in South Africa. This role is open to candidates based in the UK, or within 2 hours of UK time for strong candidates, especially where cost or experience makes this a good fit.
