Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey
Type: Part-time/ Evenings

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner as they arrive at the spa reception area
- Assist guests with scheduling appointments, providing information on available treatments, packages, and promotions, and answering inquiries about spa services
- Handle phone calls and emails promptly and courteously, providing accurate information and assistance to guests
- Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure timely and efficient scheduling of appointments and services
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area, including desk, waiting area, and retail displays
- Process payments for spa services, retail purchases, and gift certificates, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Lunch account reconciliation
- End of day administrative prodcedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a spa, hospitality, or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems (including excel) and booking software
- Availability to work in the evenings is crucial as the role is based on 4 evenings per week.
