Responsibilities

  • Perform cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Make beds, change linens, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and replenish amenities.
  • Ensure all guest requests and preferences are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or management.
  • Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities and report any shortages.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
