Are you a hospitality professional with a passion for leadership and delivering exceptional and efficient conference and events experiences? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dynamic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at our prestigious establishment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily conference operations; including ensuring rooms and equipment are set up as per function sheets, meeting guests and delegates, replenishing beverages and supplies and being on hand for any assistance.
- Supervise and motivate the team to ensure excellent service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing coaching and support.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage and handling of food and beverages.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and proactive manner.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or conference and events environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
