Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor upon their arrival
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure efficient table turnover
- Communicate effectively with guests and restaurant staff to accommodate special requests or preferences
- Monitor the dining room and assist with maintaining cleanliness and ambiance
- Provide information about the restaurant, menu items, and special promotions
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A genuine passion for providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
