Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Make beds, change linens, dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and replenish amenities.
- Ensure all guest requests and preferences are met promptly and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or management.
- Adhere to established cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
- Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and amenities and report any shortages.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry cleaning equipment and supplies.
