Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and service of food and beverages in our restaurant, bar, and banquet facilities.
  • Greet guests warmly, take orders, and ensure prompt and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining areas, including clearing tables and resetting them for the next service.
  • Provide recommendations on menu items and specials, and accommodate special dietary requests or preferences.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.
  • Handle payments, process transactions accurately, and maintain cash handling procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage role preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.
