Are you a skilled culinary professional with a passion for crafting exceptional dishes and leading a team in a dynamic kitchen environment? Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team in our recently refurnished Indian restaurant, Lomri.

Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Chertsey

Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Assume responsibility for a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist in menu development, recipe creation, and food costing.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth service and exceed guest expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie ready to step up.
  • Experience in Indian cuisine is preferred, including cooking techniques, ingredients, and recipes.
  • Culinary qualification from a recognized culinary institution preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Creative flair and a passion for culinary innovation.
  • Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
  • Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
