Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a Swimming Instructor to join our team and contribute to the success of our leisure services at Foxhills Club & Resort.
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey
Type: Part time - Saturday morning availability

Responsibilities:
- Provide group and private lessons where requested or required, delivering a high standard of swim instruction at all times ensuring learners are excited and engaged.
- Liaise with the Swim Supervisor to ensure that all learners are placed in the appropriate swim session for their ability and personality.
- Host and attend presentations and award ceremonies which recognise learner achievement.
- Carry out pool supervision at peak times or as required.
- Support the Pavilion team in managing the flow of swimmers through the club to minimise disruption and changing room congestion.
Requirements:
- Hold a Level 2 Swimming Instruction Certification and maintain a current National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches (NRASTC) qualification and membership of the Institute of Swimming to ensure best practice and compliance.
- Teach and operate in line with ASA best practice guidelines.
- Previous experience in a swimming instructor role, specifically in pre-school age groups.
- Passion for health, fitness, and providing exceptional service to guests.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of guests and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
