Position: Spa Therapist
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey
Type: Part-Time Approx 24 hours a week.

Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of spa treatments and therapies, including massages, facials, and other beauty services, to meet the needs and preferences of guests.
- Conduct thorough consultations with guests to assess their health history, concerns, and treatment goals, providing personalised recommendations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms, equipment, and spa facilities, adhering to health and safety standards and regulations.
- Promote spa products, services, and packages to guests, providing information and recommendations as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Collaborate with other spa team members and departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of guest services.
Requirements
- Certified Spa Therapist with recognised qualifications.
- Previous experience in a spa therapist role, preferably in a luxury spa or resort environment.
- Strong knowledge of various massage techniques, skincare treatments, and spa therapies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic demeanour.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by spa schedules and business needs.
