Foxhills Collection is currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to join our team and contribute to the upkeep of our luxurious establishment.
Location: Foxhills Club & Resort, Ottershaw, Surrey

Responsibilities
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of buildings, equipment, and facilities, including plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry tasks
- Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify maintenance issues and safety hazards
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and staff
- Assist with landscaping and groundskeeping tasks as needed, including mowing, trimming, and snow removal
- Keep maintenance areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to support the overall operation of the establishment
Requirements
- Previous experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry techniques
- Ability to operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
